FUE Hair Transplant | 5,031 Grafts
This FUE hair transplant patient had his surgery with Dr. Victor Hasson of Hasson and Wong, located in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. At the time of his surgery, the patient was in his mid 40’s.
The patient’s hairline and frontal zone had been receding for over a decade before he decided to address his hair loss. Performing extensive online research, he decided that Dr. Hasson was the best fit to address his hair restoration goals. Then patient took the next step and proceeded with an initial consultation at Hasson and Wong’s hair transplant clinic in Vancouver. During his consultation wth Dr. Hasson, it was confirmed that the patient had above average donor hair. Dr. Hasson was confident that him and his team could achieve the desired density that the patient was seeking.
Dr. Hasson assessed that approximately 5,000 grafts would be required to achieve the desired density. The final graft total came in at 5,031. Due to the amount of grafts, coupled with the type of surgery (FUE), it was determined that two consecutive days would be needed to complete the patient’s surgery.
Day 1 consisted of 2,700 grafts of which 300 were single hair grafts,1575 were doubles and 825 were 3-4 hair grafts. Day 2 produced 1326 doubles and 1005 3-4 hair grafts. 2-day totals: 300 singles, 2901 doubles, 1830 3-4 hair grafts.
The before and after photos in this patient’s profile, were taken approximately 10 months post surgery.
