Dr. Powell earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Cornell University and medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, which is known for its rigorous curriculum and innovative research. As he completed his residency in Emergency Medicine, he held a leadership role as chief resident.

In recognition of his dedication to excellence and leadership during his academic career, he was awarded membership in two prestigious honor societies: Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma.

Through his collaboration with Feller and Bloxham Medical, N.Y., Dr. Powell has refined his skills in the latest techniques in Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), hair transplant repairs, dense packing, and mega sessions.
